Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 8 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to website design, development, hosting, maintenance and related services supplied by Has Leads Ltd.

1. About us

Has Leads Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales.

Company number: 16773214
Registered office: 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE
Email: hassan@has-leads.com

2. Our services

Has Leads provides website design and related services primarily for local trade businesses.

A typical website build may include:

  • a custom mobile-optimised website
  • up to 5 core pages
  • a quote request or enquiry form
  • Gas Safe number integration where applicable
  • Google Business Profile setup or integration where applicable
  • basic on-page search setup, including titles, descriptions and site structure

The exact scope of each project will be agreed with the client before work begins.

Any work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

3. Website build price and payment

The standard website build fee is:

£1,400

Payment is split as follows:

  • £700 upfront before work begins
  • £700 when the website is ready to launch

The upfront payment reserves project capacity and allows work to begin.

Except where the 30-day launch guarantee described below applies, payments made towards the website build are non-refundable once work has commenced, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The final £700 must be paid before the website is launched or transferred to the client.

4. What we need from you

To complete a website, we may require information or materials including:

  • business details
  • service information
  • contact information
  • branding or logos
  • photographs or other content
  • domain or account access
  • Gas Safe information where applicable
  • feedback and approvals

The client is responsible for supplying requested information accurately and within a reasonable timeframe.

5. 30-day launch guarantee

Our guarantee is:

Your website live within 30 days — or you don't pay the build fee.

The 30-day period begins only when Has Leads has received all information, content, access details and other materials reasonably required to begin and complete the project.

If Has Leads fails to make the completed website live and capable of accepting quote requests within that 30-day period, the website build fee will be waived.

Where any part of the build fee has already been paid, that amount will be refunded if the guarantee validly applies.

The guarantee does not apply to delays caused by circumstances outside Has Leads' reasonable control.

6. Client delays

Any period of delay caused by the client will not count towards the 30-day delivery period.

This includes delays in:

  • supplying content or information
  • providing passwords or account access
  • approving designs
  • providing requested feedback
  • supplying photographs, logos or other assets
  • responding to reasonable project questions

For example, if the project is waiting five days for client feedback, those five days are not counted as part of the 30-day delivery period.

The project timeline resumes when the information or approval required from the client has been received.

7. Revisions

The website build includes two rounds of revisions before launch.

A revision round means a grouped set of reasonable amendments provided by the client after reviewing the website.

Additional revisions, substantial redesigns or changes to the agreed project scope may be subject to an additional fee, which will be agreed before the extra work is carried out.

Minor corrections required to fix an error made by Has Leads do not count as a revision round.

8. Client approval and launch

The client will be given an opportunity to review the website before launch.

Once the client approves the final website and any outstanding build fee has been paid, Has Leads will proceed with launch.

Where the client does not provide final approval within a reasonable period, the launch date and project timeline may be adjusted accordingly.

9. Care Plan

The optional Has Leads Care Plan costs:

£95 per month

The Care Plan includes:

  • domain and hosting management
  • ongoing website maintenance and updates
  • security and uptime monitoring
  • website support

The first month is free.

The Care Plan has a minimum term of six months from commencement, including the free first month.

After the six-month minimum term, the Care Plan continues on a rolling monthly basis.

The client may cancel after the minimum term by giving 30 days' notice.

10. Care Plan payments

After the free first month, Care Plan payments are charged at £95 per month for the remainder of the minimum term and for each subsequent month while the Care Plan remains active.

The client is responsible for ensuring payments are made when due.

If a payment becomes overdue, Has Leads may temporarily suspend non-essential maintenance or support until the account is brought up to date.

We will not deliberately take a client's website offline solely because of a genuine billing dispute without first making reasonable efforts to resolve the matter.

11. Ownership and cancellation

The client is not permanently locked into Has Leads.

Following cancellation of the Care Plan, Has Leads will transfer the client's website assets within 14 working days, at no additional transfer charge.

Where applicable, this includes:

  • the client's domain
  • website files and project assets that the client is entitled to receive
  • control of the client's Google Business Profile

Has Leads will complete all transfer steps within its reasonable control within the 14-working-day period.

Transfers involving third-party platforms remain subject to those platforms' own processes, permissions and technical requirements.

12. Intellectual property

The client remains responsible for ensuring that any logos, photographs, text or other material supplied to Has Leads can lawfully be used.

Until the website build fee has been paid in full, Has Leads retains ownership of the website work created for the project.

Once the website build fee has been paid in full, the client receives ownership of the custom website work created specifically for them, subject to third-party software, fonts, stock assets, licences and platform components that remain governed by their respective licence terms.

13. Third-party services

Websites may rely on third-party providers or platforms for services such as:

  • domains
  • hosting
  • email
  • forms
  • Google Business Profile
  • analytics
  • fonts
  • APIs or integrations

Has Leads is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions or failures caused solely by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

Where possible, we will assist the client in resolving issues affecting services that we manage on their behalf.

14. Data protection

We handle any personal information you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

15. Google Business Profile

Where Google Business Profile services are included, the business must meet Google's eligibility and verification requirements.

Has Leads cannot guarantee that Google will approve, verify or maintain a Business Profile because those decisions are made by Google.

The client is responsible for providing accurate business information and complying with Google's requirements.

16. Search engines and results

Where basic search-ready or on-page SEO setup is included, Has Leads will apply reasonable technical and structural practices to the website.

However, we do not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic levels, leads, enquiries, sales or other commercial results.

Search-engine rankings are controlled by third parties and can change over time.

17. Website content and accuracy

The client is responsible for checking the accuracy of business information displayed on the website, including:

  • prices
  • qualifications
  • accreditations
  • services
  • phone numbers
  • addresses
  • Gas Safe details
  • legal or regulatory claims

Has Leads is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate information supplied or approved by the client.

18. Limitation of liability

Has Leads will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.

To the extent permitted by law, Has Leads will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business opportunities or anticipated revenue, arising from the use or temporary unavailability of the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

19. Ending a website project early

If the client chooses to cancel a website build after work has commenced, amounts already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the 30-day guarantee validly applies.

Has Leads may end a project if the client:

  • repeatedly fails to provide information required to complete the work
  • fails to make agreed payments
  • requests unlawful, misleading or abusive content
  • behaves in a threatening or abusive manner

Where reasonably possible, Has Leads will first attempt to resolve the issue with the client.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version applying to an individual project will normally be the version in force when that project was agreed, unless a later change is agreed between Has Leads and the client.

21. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any legal rights that apply otherwise.
